Nutrition School with Dietitian Sena Tiritoglu
Online&Face to Face Nutrition and Diet Counseling
We empower our clients with the ability to make lifelong healthy choices in nutrition through the ‘Nutrition School’ format. This process combines a bit of medical nutrition knowledge, a touch of psychology, and a sprinkle of natural health sciences. During our sessions, we provide ample education and also work on implementing the learnings through weekly programs. Our approach isn’t about short-term diets; instead, we encourage you to stop blaming yourself and establish a balanced relationship with food. Yes, enjoy sweets and pastries, but also maintain your overall routine. Our goal is to promote both mental and physical well-being. Even after our sessions end, you can continue to lose weight using the knowledge you’ve gained, just like many of our other clients. Say goodbye to restrictions and embrace a peaceful approach to nutrition! ❤️

Client Feedbacks

Shall We Get to Know? :)
I graduated from Nutrition and Dietetic program with high honors degree and one term early as well as I graduated from the Health Management Minor Program. I started working as a dietitian in a Medical Centre and on my Master's Degree. During my Master's, I published article in journal and made a presentation in symposium. In the meantime, I was running a social responsibility project called Yemedim Yedirdim (I Didn't Eat I Fed) which is related to my job. After my Master's graduation, I went to UK for internship. I was an intern at NNEdPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health, which is a Research Organisation Education and Training Centre making collaborations with University of Cambridge and Ulster University. I contributed to the organisation in nutrition educations, the development of international healthy nutrition initiatives and the content creation for smartphone application related to healthy nutrition. I also worked as an intern at a very comprehensive Nutrition and Health Innovation Lab, NICHE, affiliated with the University of Ulster. I was helping to national and international scientific publications conducted there. I assisted the academic team in their courses and classes, and also their content. After I am back, I had the opportunity to work as a dietitian for immigrants in Turkey within the scope of a project carried out in cooperation with the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health of Turkey and Doctors Worldwide. Now, with all my knowledge and experience, I am finally running my Nutrition School project, which I always dreamed of, in Istanbul!
